The year was 1997. Then 19 year old Mike Rubendall traveled to Lausanne, Switzerland to the legendary Leu Family’s Family Iron in order to get tattooed by one of his tattoo heroes Filip Leu. The experience was one that would influence Mike’s tattoo career forever.
